We’ve all heard someone utter the words ‘no hoof, no horse’. This age-old saying is spot on. Your horse’s hoof care is paramount to their overall well-being, allowing them to live comfortably and partner with you on your equestrian journey. We know first hand the stress that an unhealthy hoof can cause. It’s awful to watch your horse experience pain with every step and the worry that we humans deal with while finding a solution is no fun!
This herbal blend is best given to your horse at the first sign of any hoof issues as a preventative measure. It can also be added to their daily care as part of hoof rehabilitation. Give your horse’s hooves a boost with HOOF HEALTH.
Remember, good hoof growth is gradual. It will take time before you notice improvements. For immediate hoof concerns, consult your trimmer/farrier or veterinarian.
Ingredients:
- Kelp - may support healthy hoof growth with essential minerals and vitamins.
- Horsetail - high in silica that may strengthen the hoof.
- Hawthorn - traditionally known as a ‘cardiac tonic’ it may help to improve circulation, ease sore and tender hooves, strengthen blood vessels, improve coronary blood supply, normalise blood pressure and dilate and strengthen blood vessels.
- MSM - may alleviate muscle soreness and general aches and pains, anti-inflammatory, promotes healthy hooves.
- Rosehips - contains flavonoids which may help to strengthen the hooves. Naturally high in Vitamins A, C, D and E, acting as a blood flow and tissue restorative. Vitamin C is a known essential nutrient that helps to strengthen capillary fragility and connective tissue.
Dosage
Horses; 1 scoop daily, approx. 40g, based on scoop provided
Ponies: 1/2 x scoop daily, approx. 20g, based on scoop provided
For best results, double the recommended dose for the first two weeks
This product will last one horse approx 34 days based on the above dosage rate following initial double dosage
